LegacyCompact is committed to protecting the privacy of platform users and the beneficiaries whose data social organizations manage through our platform.
Organization account data; program and outcome data (processed on behalf of organizations); beneficiary data (processed strictly as data processor under organization instructions); and usage analytics.
LegacyCompact processes beneficiary data only as instructed by the social organizations that are data controllers. We implement security measures appropriate for sensitive social sector data.
We do not sell data. Aggregate, anonymized sector-level impact data may be used for research and advocacy with explicit consent from organizations. Individual beneficiary data is never shared without explicit data controller instruction.
