By using LegacyCompact services, you agree to these Terms and our Data Processing Agreement.
LegacyCompact provides impact management, program management, and funder relations tools for social sector organizations. Service levels are as described in your subscription agreement.
Organizations using LegacyCompact to manage beneficiary data are data controllers. LegacyCompact acts as data processor. Our Data Processing Agreement governs this relationship in compliance with applicable data protection law.
Organizations retain ownership of their program data and content. LegacyCompact retains ownership of platform software and improvements made to generic features. Organizations may export their data at any time.
